• Preliminary study steering: Communications Infrastructure for Costal Surveillance (Vietnam, RADAR)
• Prime Contractor steering: National Satellite communication in Africa and Ukraine
• Contract steering: Telecommunication Infrastructure deployment (China, Iraq, Fibre optic)
• Support to Prime Contractor Project : satellite Telecommunication systems for French Navy
